- What if the weather is bad or the field floods?
- If a field owner has to close for flooding, ice, storms or high winds, your booking is cancelled and refunded in full automatically. If it's just raining, the field stays open and the owner's cancellation policy applies — it's shown on every listing before you pay.
- Can I cancel and get a refund?
- Yes, within the cancellation window shown on the listing. Cancel from My bookings and an eligible refund goes back to the card you paid with. Cancellations by the field owner are always refunded in full.
- How do I get in?
- Access instructions and any gate code are released automatically before your session — by default 60 minutes ahead — and stay private to your booking.
- Will anyone else be in the field?
- No. Every RoamDog booking is a private, solo-hire session for the slot you book.
- How many dogs can I bring?
- Each field sets its own limit, shown on the listing, and you choose the number of dogs when you book.
